How do I activate the features after payment?
The features will be activated automatically after your payment is confirmed. In your user center, you will find the paid plan details, including payment date, start date, end date, etc.
Will my plan be auto-renew?
Your subscribed plan will not be auto renewed no matter you use fiat payment or crypto payment. It will be auto-renew ONLY when you request it by clicking on the “auto-renew” swift.
Where can I better understand each metric and chart?
You can use Ethereum Network to pay with crypto ETH, DAI and USDC for both monthly, quarterly and annual plans. Coinbase handles the payment process for us. The equivalent amount of crypto needed for the payment is based on the real-time price of that crypto on Coinbase. If your crypto payment is less than the requested amount that is written on the payment page, your plan will not be activated and the fund will not be refunded.
How do I get an invoice for my subscription?
If you need an invoice, please input your email address on the page after your payment. Coinbase will send you an invoice to your email automatically.
How do I change my subscription plan?
Candlestick paid plans are available in the form of annual, quarterly and monthly subscriptions. You can upgrade your plan at any time. Your subscribed plan will be upgraded immediately after the payment is done. And the service duration will be extended according to your new subscribed plan. Plan downgrade is not allowed.
Can I immediately activate the Institutional plan by making payment?
Once we receive your contact for the Institutional plan, we will review your application and notify you if the application is successful. Acceptance is also dependent on the available slots. Refunds will not be issued should payment be made without formal confirmation and approval from Candlestick.
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Paid service will remain active for the duration of the paid term.
What is your Refund Policy?
No refunds for plans that have been already subscribed.
